esxi 5.1 pxe boot error -- Failed to load COM32 file menu.c32

Hello

I need to install esxi 5.1 through pxe, for this I followed VMware document.

But stuck on error.

Failed to load COM32 file menu.c32

After lots of research on internet, I read somewhere pxelinux.0 is not compatible with esxi 5.1. I am not sure about it. I have attached screenshot for the same. Please suggest me on this.
